So we were rolling up to LA from Irvine when we noticed that while we were in nearly parking lot conditions, the opposite lane was COMPLETELY EMPTY. After a minute or two of WTF-ness, we saw crazy police lights up ahead. We got up to the action just in time to see the Po-Po take down a guy that was on his knees with his hands behind his head. Hard. But this scene wasn't over, as there were still a good damn lot of cops with their guns lasered in on the truck that they had stopped. Unfortunately, traffic picked up, leaving us to wonder if we maybe missed our one chance to know first hand what "Officer Involved Shooting" means.
